The following are the steps involved:
Completion of Practice Registration form and Medical Questionnaire
Audiometric hearing testing
Urinalysis, blood pressure, blood sugar, height, weight, visual acuity, colour vision test
Sprometry for lung functions
Instant urine drug screen if applicable
Full system physical examination by the doctor
Appropriate advice & certification
